What is your creation time?

Each set is meticulously hand-painted order. Please allow approximately 7 business days for creation before dispatch. 

We pride ourselves on delivering the the highest quality nails and will never rush your set. 

If you have a deadline or need clarification on processing time, please message us before placing your order - we're always happy to help. 

How do I order?

We accept a limited number of orders per week to maintain quality. 

If a set is visible on the website, it is available to order. New designs are added consistently, so be sure to follow our socials or subscribe to our newsletter for updates. 

How strong are the nails?

Our sets are made using salon-quality materials including:

  • Gel tips (not plastic)
  • Hard gel 
  • Premium gel polishes and pigments 

Each set is sealed with a high-shine or matte UV gel top coat for maximum strength and durability. 

Any tips for long-lasting wear?

Proper prep is key. For the strongest bond: 

  • Lightly buff your natural nails
  • Use a nail dehydrator (especially if you have oily nail beds)
  • Apply a high-quality nail glue 

Buffing inside the press-on also improves adhesion. These are the same prep steps used in salons before acrylic application. 

Can I reuse the nails? 

Yes, absolutely!

  • Adhesive tabs allow for immediate reuse. 
  • If using glue, gently buff off the dried residue from the inside of the press-on using the file provided. 

For frequent glue wearers, we recommend an inexpensive electronic file (e-file) to safely remove residue and extend life of your set. 

What size nails do I need? 

You can use our sizing guide, but we strongly recommend purchasing a sizing kit for the most accurate fit.

Sizing kits are the only 100% reliable way to ensure the perfect fit. 

If selecting present sizes (XS, S, M, L), please measure carefully. Incorrect sizing is the customers responsibility, and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to hygiene reasons. 

What happens is I choose the wrong size? 

Because all sets are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing. 

If you are unsure, please do not guess. Order a sizing kit first - it is better to be safe than sorry!

If a set is sold out, do you restock? 

All designs are hand-painted and produced in limited quantities.

Popular sets may be restocked, but availability depends on order volume. If you're looking for something specific, please don't hesitate to contact us. 

Can I customise a set? 

Of course! We love personal touches.

Minor changes (colour swaps, moving a charm to a different finger, small tweaks) can be left in the notes section at checkout at no extra cost. 

For added crystals, embellishments, or detailed custom work, please contact us first to confirm pricing. Once confirmed, we'll direct you to checkout. 

What's included in my order? 

10 custom press-on nails

Complimentary prep kit: Mini nail file, buffer, cuticle pusher, nail glue, adhesive tabs and an alcohol wipe. 

Multiple orders may be shipped together to reduce packaging and shipping costs unless requested otherwise. 

How long will my press-ons last? 

Longevity depends on application. 

With glue: 

  • Typically lasts 2-3 weeks with proper prep 
  • Suitable for both short and long-term wear 

With adhesive tabs: 

  • Ideal for 3-5 days 
  • Perfect for events or temporary wear 

Avoid using your nails as tools and follow proper removal steps (similar to gel removal) to protect your natural nails. 

Aftercare instructions are included with every order, and video tutorials are available on our socials. 

Do press-ons damage natural nails? 

No, not when applied and removed correctly. 

Damage typically occurs from improper removal. Always follow the provided instructions and never force the nails off. 

With proper care, your natural nails will remain healthy and protected.
