Shipping: We take great care in preparing your order for shipment. Each set of our stunning press-on nails is custom made and hand-painted, which means that your nails are crafted with love and attention to detail. Once your order is placed, we work diligently to get it shipped out to you as quickly as possible. You can expect your nails to arrive at your doorstep in a timely manner, ready for you to elevate your at-home manicure experience.

We offer various shipping options to cater to your needs, whether you’re looking for standard delivery or something a bit quicker. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way, so you can keep an eye on your package and get excited for its arrival!

The estimated delivery times provided are meant to serve as guidance only. This means that while we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, there are factors that can sometimes affect the timing of your delivery. It's essential to keep in mind that these estimates start from the date of dispatch, not from the date you place your order.

Additionally, please remember that weekends and bank holidays are not included in the estimated delivery times. This is because our shipping partners typically do not operate on these days, which can lead to delays.

Please kindly note that at this time, we do not offer international shipping, and that all sales are considered final once you have completed the transaction. 

Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your luxury gel press-on nails, we’re here to help find a solution. However, it’s important to highlight that due to the nature of our products and hygiene/sanitisation concerns, we are unable to accept exchanges or refunds for a change of mind or if you wish to request a different style/customisation.

Finding the perfect fit can be a bit tricky, but we are at your service! We understand how important it is to feel comfortable and confident in your purchase. To ensure you get the best fit possible, we highly recommend using a sizing kit in the desired shape when placing your order. This is the best way to guarantee a perfect fit!

Please be advised that we are also unable to exchange or refund items due to incorrect sizing, so taking the time to measure yourself accurately will save you from any disappointment.

Damages: If the product(s) you receive are a result of our error (e.g. wrong item sent, faulty or damaged in transit) please contact us immediately at mphonaildit@gmail.com. 

It’s crucial to note that we cannot accept any used, tested or opened products under any circumstances or any items that have been returned to us without prior approval. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following criteria: 

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received them. 
  • They should be unused, and have all the prep kit items in the sealed bag (adhesive gel tabs, nail glue, alcohol wipe, cuticle pusher, sanding band and nail file).
  • The item must be in the original packaging (collectors box).
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Upon receiving the returned package, the process can typically take between 3-10 business working days depending on the card company issuing the refund.

We believe in the quality of our products, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Each set is reusable, so you can enjoy your nails multiple times, making them a great investment for your beauty routine. However, if you do need to return a set, we’ll make sure it’s as easy as possible.
